Shipping Countries The Gay Label creates t-shirts, apparel, and accessories and ships globally through Printful, our supplier partner. Due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, or North Korea. This list may change over time.

Delivery Time and Shipping Rates All products are printed on demand. This means delivery time includes both the time needed to print your item (fulfillment) and the time needed to ship it.

Delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time

Fulfillment Time

  • Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, etc.): 2 to 7 business days
  • Non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.): 2 to 5 business days
  • 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days
  • Over 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days

  • United States: 3 to 5 business days
  • Canada: 5 to 10 business days
  • Australia: 5 to 10 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 3 to 7 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain value.

Customs Orders shipped outside of the United States and European Union may be subject to customs fees. These fees vary depending on the destination, order value, and local regulations. You are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking numbers can also be found in your profile dashboard. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after a shipping label is created.

Packaging Items may ship separately, so you may receive more than one package. All packaging is recyclable and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Shipping Issues and Returns

Wrong Shipping Address If you entered an incorrect shipping address, the package may still be delivered if the postal service can interpret it. If not, it will be returned to Printful. You will be notified, and you must confirm the correct address and pay for reshipping within 4 weeks.

Damaged or Missing Items If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, email hello@thegaylabel.comwith photos of the issue and your order information. We will resolve it for you.

Wrong Products Received If you receive incorrect items, contact us with photos and your order information. We will send you the correct items at no extra cost.

Changes or Cancellations Orders are processed immediately, so changes or cancellations are usually not possible. If needed, email us and we will do our best to help.

Lost Orders Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. If the issue qualifies, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and check with your local post office first.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received If the courier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, we cannot offer a free replacement. You should check around your property and ask the courier for details. If you still cannot find it, file a claim with the shipping carrier and consider reporting the theft to your local authorities.
